Donate: Family Support Network Initiative Survey

Families across Ontario work tirelessly to support their loved ones with developmental disabilities—and family support networks are often their lifeline. But to strengthen these networks, we first need to truly understand what families are experiencing.

Shared Dreams for Independent Living is launching the Family Support Network Needs Survey Initiative to listen directly to families and identify what supports, tools, and connections are most needed.

We are seeking donations toward our $10,000 goal to make this important work possible.
Every contribution helps us take a meaningful step toward building stronger, more responsive supports for families across the province.
A charitable receipt will be issued for all donations.
